ONE ON ONE - COACHING / TRAINING
The ultimate in
a coached workout, with the focus and attention of a Personal Coach
Receive personal attention, customized workouts and training
advice from Coach Frank. Whether you’re an amateur or professional,
no matter the disciple (swim, bike, run, mental training or strength
training), Coach Frank is the coach for you. In addition to
mastering the sport of triathlon, Coach Frank includes his detailed
knowledge of biomechanics and nutrition to offer you the most
comprehensive training plan you’ll need for your endurance sport.
Coach Frank will work closely with you to design a personalized and
customized training (day or weekend) that nets results. You’ll train
in the disciplines you need (Swim, Bike, Run, Mental training or
Strength training) with a training plan that will match your fitness
level with the race distance or training goal that you desire. Also
included, a Strength, Flexibility and Injury Prevention exercise
program to keep you strong and injury free; key workout (marker)
sets to maximize your training time, nutritional advice on fueling
and caloric intake to keep you healthy and bonk-free, and an
impeccable sense of humor to keep your training fun.

Training sessions can held in Belgium in our own Training center
or Coach Frank can travel to your destination. Coach Franks Travels
over the world for training sessions and lectures ask him when he is
near you (that way you pay only for the sessions - day or weekend
and no travel expence).
Here is a general guideline of what is included:
One on One Training Session
- This is a 1 hour sessions in one discipline
of your choice.

Training Day
- This is a full day with Coach Frank (from 9 am to 4 pm) -
your choice of discipline of multi disciplines.

motivational talk (90 minutes) - 7 hours on Saturday and 5 hours on
Sunday.

Most athletes that contact me do have a lot of
questions about training, nutrition and or related subjects. How to
prepare for that one big race? Coach Frank gives lectures throughout the
World about training - nutrition and related topics. Also within teams
or associations these questions live enormously and that is why Coach
Franks gives lectures around the World.

Lecture fee (3 hours) 1200 $ US
